Top Tier Tint® is committed to providing high-quality services that meet your needs and expectations. This warranty outlines our commitment to repair or replace any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of your product within the specified warranty period.

 

II. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers repairs or replacements for defects in the following consumer items: window tint, paint correcting, ceramic coating, and window films. It is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

 

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and is valid for a period of 5 years from that date. The duration of the warranty period may vary depending on the specific product, as detailed in the product's documentation.

 

What Is Covered?

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• Repair or replacement of the defective product or part.

• Any costs associated with labor and parts during the repair process.

 

What Is Not Covered?

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage.

• Any unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the product.

• Damage caused by external factors such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

 

III. Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product or part with a new  or part of equal or greater value. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement. The replacement or repaired product will continue to be covered under the original warranty period.

 

IV. Limitation of Liability

Top Tier Tint® is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product and does not extend to any other losses.
