Refund Policy

At Top Tier Tint®, we stand behind the quality of our work and the products we install. If the window film installed by Top Tier Tint is removed by our team for any reason related to product defect, installation error, or approved warranty issue, we will refund 100% of the original amount paid for that specific service.

Refund Conditions:

 • The film must be removed by a Top Tier Tint® technician.

 • The refund applies only to film originally installed by Top Tier Tint®.

 • Refunds will be issued after the film has been fully removed and inspected.

 • Refunds do not apply if the film is removed by the customer or a third party.

 • Normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer may void eligibility.

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with your tint, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
